Returns & Repairs
We get very few requests for returns and repairs (stay with good quality product, and this is minimized), but regularly get asked about our return policy. We want you to tell your friends about us (good stuff!), so this is pretty easy. When you have a problem, we want to help you fix it, not create a bigger one! So, here is OUR RETURN POLICY, or in other words, “WHAT TO DO WHEN THERE IS A PROBLEM!”:
- If you get your product and decide it just isn’t what you wanted (you don’t like the shade of color?), we simply ask that you pick up the shipping, and we’ll be happy to refund the product. Please DO contact us first before returning so we can provide return instructions (especially if shipping from outside of Canada).
- Tool not working? Call us first. USUALLY we can sort it out over the phone. Most problems we can walk you through – after all, you really do want to continue using the tool today if possible, don’t you? Even if parts are required, if we are able to diagnose your problem over the phone (and most we can), it is much faster and more efficient to send you the parts and talk you through the repair (most are actually quite easy with minor instruction). We fully recognize you bought your tool to use it, not to wait for a repair. On the rare occasion you need to return your tool to us for a repair, we will do our best to get it back to you as quickly as possible.
